- The reservation must be made on www.mercure-hotel-koeln-belfortstrasse.de.
- At the time of booking, the price on another public website must be lower than the price on www.mercure-hotel-koeln-belfortstrasse.de for the same dates, the same room category, length of stay and number of guests.
- The best price guarantee does not apply to:
- Contractually agreed rates or group rates
- Opaque rates on an auction website where the customer does not know which hotel it is until the booking confirmation arrives (e.g. Priceline, Hotwire or similar)
- Package or reseller websites where the room rate is offered as a package with other travel components such as flights or car hire
- Rates for hotel packages that include additional amenities such as meals, parking etc.
- Discounted rates for specific groups such as seniors or civil servants
- Rates for longer stays of more than 30 days
- The comparison price on another website must have been found within 24 hours after the booking or at the time of booking. Each night is considered individually when assessing the comparison price.
- The 10% discount applies to the lower price found and verified on the other website. The lower price must be bookable.
- The best price guarantee does not cover taxes, service charges, costs caused by the guest, food and beverage costs, resort fees or any other charges incurred during your stay.
